NEW ALBUM "THIS VIOLENT DECLINE" OUT JULY 31
We are proud to announce that Dockyard1 has scheduled the new After All album "This Violent Decline" for release throughout Europe on July 31.
The follow-up to last year's "The Vermin Breed" was recorded by Dee J. at Hype Studio in Mechelen, Belgium. The album was mixed by Fredrik Nordström (In Flames, Arch Enemy, Soilwork) at Studio Fredman in Göteborg, Sweden. Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Hatesphere) took care of the mastering at Antfarm Studio in Aabyhoj, Denmark. With "This Violent Decline" After All continue refining their trademark thrash metal style. The album is slightly more melodic than "The Vermin Breed", with more room for melody lines and vocals. At the same time, "This Violent Decline" displays more speed, power and heaviness than any of the older After All albums. |
||
"This Violent Decline" contains 11 tracks, including a re-recorded version of "Blind Euphoria" (from the 1992 EP "Dusk"). As a bonus track, the album features a video clip for the track "Frozen Skin".
NEW AFTER ALL EP OUT IN JUNE
Metal Coven Records have announced a late June release for the long overdue split EP featuring After All and Swedish metallers Ram. Originally, the release of this 7 inch vinyl EP was planned for early 2004.
The two After All tracks on the EP are "In The Grip Of Evil" (cover version of the Cyclone classic) and "The Devil's Pathway". Both tracks were recorded in 2002 - when the band was preparing the "Mercury Rising" album - and have not been available before. |

BEST WISHES FOR 2006 | ||
Last but not least, we'd like to take a moment to thank all of you metalheads for your great support. On December 29, 1995 we played a memorable show in Brugge to launch our first album. Exactly ten years later, we conclude 2005 as our most succesful year so far: we released our 5th album this year and played about 50 live shows in 10 European countries... And there's more to come! We are currently finalising the song writing process for the next album. More details on that next month... We have plenty of exciting plans for 2006, so stay tuned. No retreat, no surrender - that's right! Thanks again - and best wishes! |
