"DEAD LOSS" COVER ART REVEALED
The cover art for "Dead Loss" was unveiled today. The design was done by Jan Goossens, who worked with very artistic and atmospheric photographs from Francisca Dics. The artwork fits in perfectly with the dark and gloomy feel of the new songs. |

AFTER ALL: NEW ALBUM | ||
The upcoming album will be entitled "Dead Loss". "The title reflects the overall feel of the album", says guitarist Dries Van Damme. "In one way or another, almost every song deals with loss and the feelings that come and go with it." That's without a doubt why the new album has become After All's most emotional and most "confusing" effort to date. Both musically and lyrically, the songs reflect some sort of doomladen feel, which makes the album as a whole a very intense experience. |

RECORDING OF THE NEW ALBUM FINISHED
Recording of the third album has finished. While in the studio the band received massive support from different friends from other bands, who generously contributed to some of the songs. Guido Gevels of the legendary Cyclone was invited as guest vocalist on the album’s opening track "Erase Your Past". Further guest performances include Ellen Schutyser (vocalist of Sengir), spoken word intro on "Fragments Of Time" and Thomas Vanelslander (singer/guitarist of Overflow), backing vocals on "A Sweet Departure". Philip Joseph (drummer of The Temple) played tambourine, triangle and gong on several tracks. Both Sengir and Overflow appeared on the Rookies compilation album, released earlier this year through Watt'S'On records, while The Temple recently recorded a new album with Dee J. also at Hype Studio. |
